NC Legislature - Administrative Approval - At the December 7, 2021 and the March 1, 2022 Board of Commissioners meetings, State Representative Charlie Miller (12/7/21) and State Representative Frank Iler (3/1/22) presented the City of Boiling Spring Lakes with a check in the amount of $14 Million Dollars representing the funding for the dams that was approved by the State on November 19, 2021. Thank you to State Representative Miller and State Representative Iler and others for working to get the City these funds.

NC Dam Safety Approval Letter -
The City of Boiling Spring Lakes received a letter from NC Dam Safety approving our Application submitted in January 2021. This is a major milestone and another progressive step toward restoring our dams.
