Mission
The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the City and is responsible to the Board of Commissioners for the administration of all City affairs. The departments of the City are responsible to the City Manager. All inquires, including complaints concerning the day-to-day operation of the City should be directed to the City Manager's Office.
