We offer a variety of fitness classes during the week for our adult participants. Please check our calendar for the class schedule along with pricing and see below for the fitness class descriptions.
Fit 4 Life - This class is a stretching and toning class in a chair with some standing activities. It is perfect for older adults who want to stay active. In this class, resistance bands and balls are used to work on flexibility, balance, range of motion, strength, and tone.
All Levels Yoga - This smooth way of yoga where poses run together and forms movement like a dance. The breathing acts as an anchor to the movement that flows from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale. Classes include some warm up stretches in the beginning and then transitions into a flow of a variety of poses with attention to body alignment.
Move & Groove - This class will get you moving!! Cardio and quick intervals with weights will bring your heart rate up and burn those calories. This class is for intermediate to advanced fitness folks.
