Fit 4 Life - This class is a stretching and toning class in a chair with some standing activities. It is perfect for older adults who want to stay active. In this class, resistance bands and balls are used to work on flexibility, balance, range of motion, strength, and tone. Class is offered on MWF at 11am and is $1.
Move & Groove - This class will get you moving!! Cardio and quick intervals with weights will bring your heart rate up and burn those calories. This class is for intermediate to advanced fitness folks. Class is offered MWF at 10am and is $1.
