Friday, August 20th with Class Act.
Interested in water aerobics but don't have a pool? No problem.
Starting Thursday, June 3rd you can join Sara at 10am for a class at Spring Lake.
Classes will be held every Thursday through the summer.
Did the quarantine pack on the pounds?
Join our TOPS (Take off Pounds Sensibly) program Fridays at 10:30am at the Community Center.
Don't forget about all the other classes we offer as well.
Mon, Wed and Fri we have Move and Groove at 10am and Fit4LIfe at 11am with Gretchen.
Want to get your boot scoot and boogie on? Tuesdays at 6:30pm we have line dancing. Need some Namaste in your life? Join Gretchen on Mon and Thurs nights at 6:15 for Yoga.
