The City is preparing to reopen West Dam Road to traffic on July 6th. Please note the City has placed speed control devices (speed bumps) along the road in order to maintain the city-posted speed limit of 25 mph. This limit will be strictly enforced. In addition to the speed control devices, the City has also posted a maximum vehicular weight limit not to exceed 5 tons. The signs have been posted at both ends of West Dam Road. Police will be enforcing speed limits and weight limits so please be mindful of the posted limitations.
