Inspection Request Form

  • Request inspections for each department on the same form. (If all the same day. Different days use separate forms)
  • Submitted request(s) will go to the appropriate department(s).
  • Please use this form to schedule final driveway and final zoning field inspections when they are ready.
  • Use zoning section to confirm foundation survey and as-built surveys have been submitted.  Surveys can be attached or emailed to the zoning department.
  • Add attachments if needed
  • City Holiday Schedule

Building Department Requests Only:

  • Inspection Requests must be submitted before 2:00 PM for the next business day.
  • Inspection Requests submitted after 2:00 PM  will be scheduled for second business day

Inspection Cancellations:

  • Inspection requests must be cancelled electronically using the Inspection Request Cancellation Form.
  • Inspection cancellation requests must be received by 8 AM the day the inspection is scheduled to be performed.

PLEASE NOTE: If an inspection type is not selected an inspection cannot be scheduled.
