The city is launching a Citizens Academy in September. If you are interested in learning about the operational procedures and policies of municipal government, please send an email to Tanya Shannon at tshannon@cityofbsl.org.The Academy will consist of 10 to 12 citizens, and participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Meetings will be held once a month in the late afternoon or evening, and the program will last for approximately eight months.
