PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a legislative hearing shall be held on August 4, 2026, at 6:30 pm at City Hall, 9 East Boiling Spring Road, to hear and invite public comment with regard to proposed text amendments to the City’s Unified Development Ordinance:
The purpose of this hearing is to consider an amendment to Article 9, Section 9-2-1 to replace the requirement that all trees >7.9” DBH be included on plot plans with the requirement that the location, size, and species of all significant trees be included on plot plans.
