2025-06 Ordinance to Amend Chapter 4, Section 4-59 of the City Code of Ordinances: Chapter 4 Buildings and Building Regulations Sec. 4-59 Limitations on Issuance
(a) No building permit shall be issued for any building or structure the estimated total cost of which is more than thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) forty thousand dollars ($40,000), unless the work is to be performed by a licensed general contractor.
