~ New Home Construction Permitting ~
- Zoning and Building Permits are required for all proposed New Home Construction.
- When submitting an application make sure all forms are complete and accurate and all appropriate forms are attached.
- Applications that are not complete will be denied until all the correct information is provided.
- All Electrical, Plumbing, Fuel Piping and HVAC work will require a Trade Permit Application for each trade.
- Plan approvals ~ We strive to get submittal's approved in a timely manner.
- When all approvals are made the applicant will be notified the permit is ready.
