Boiling Spring Lakes Land Use Plan Update/Enhancements 2015
Land Use Plans are a requirement of the Coastal Area Management Act. It collaborates with other existing plans and polices to provide a snapshot of the jurisdiction and provides long-range growth techniques. Growth patterns of future land uses within the municipalities are identified. The land Use Plan serves as a guideline to the community's vision, not a zoning document. Balancing the needs of varying land uses in a way that protects the economic and environmental assets of a community is a core principal of Land Use Plans
