The Boiling Spring Lakes Parks and Recreation's Before and After School Enrichment Program is offered for elementary school aged children in the area. This program is designed to enrich the lives of children academically, socially, culturally, emotionally, and physically while providing a safe and caring environment. This program provides transportation to and from Bolivia Elementary School for children that are participating.
